This position requires great customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in medical billing processes and terminology.The Medical Biller is responsible for:Review and process medical bills for insurance reimbursementFollow up on outstanding claims and denialsMaintain billing records and documentationCollaborate with medical staff to clarify billing informationUtilize medical billing software and systems effectivelyEnsure accurate coding of diagnoses and proceduresPreferred Experience and Skills:Previous experience in medical billing, coding, or collectionsExperience in AR and Patient AccountsProficiency in ICD-9, ICD-10, DRG coding systemsFamiliarity with medical office procedures and terminologyStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in typingProficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook ApplicationsHighly organized and schedule drivenFlexible with daily tasksAbility to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and good judgmentMust possess strong customer service skills (phone and in person)BenefitsBenefits for Full-Time Employees include but are not limited to:Medical/Dental/Vision insurance401K with 50% employer match up to 6% per checkPaid holidaysPaid time offCompany-paid employee life insuranceVoluntary life insurance optionsShort and long-term disability optionsMinUSD $20.00/Hr.MaxUSD $23.00/Hr.Annual Incentive Bonus Up To
