Bradley School Receptionist The Bradley School is a licensed private academy educating students who present with special education needs. These students may have learning, emotional and/or behavioral challenges and struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting. The Bradley School offers each student a different kind of academic experience and a renewed chance at success. In addition, our classrooms include state-of-the-art resources that are specifically designed to serve the needs of the students. We are seeking a School Receptionist who possesses the natural ability to project a professional and positive image as a representative/face for The Bradley School. Qualities best suited for the position: Initiative Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Team Player Primary responsibilities: Answers phone clearly, courteously and promptly Greets visitors and enters them into the Raptor system upon arrival Effectively completes administrative/secretarial duties Schedules conference rooms appropriately Coordinates ordering supplies and purchase orders Exhibits clear understanding regarding use of phone, copier and postage equipment Monitors and evaluates the facilities/grounds for potential risk This position adheres to the school calendar and will work 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.
