We are looking for bartenders responsible for providing an exceptional experience in a refined, upscale environment. This role requires social awareness, the ability to provide lateral service, and a commitment to personalized guest interactions. This position operates in a no-tipping environment. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Proof of current TABC certification, or willingness to obtain at company expense within 30 days of hire Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations surrounding the bartending profession Knowledge of mixology for traditional cocktails Craft background preferred but not required 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Key Responsibilities Promote and uphold the Freestone Lake and Golf Club brand and values Verify customer ages Mix traditional cocktails Process payments Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive and exciting atmosphere Work Environment Ability to work all shifts when required during the day, nights, weekends, and holidays Walking, prolonged standing, some light lifting up to 25 lbs.
