  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, executive sponsors, and Learning & Development to support successful implementation.

  • Monitor adoption, readiness, utilization, and change effectiveness metrics; recommend interventions as needed.
  • Prepare change updates, adoption reporting, and executive-level summaries for project governance and leadership teams.
  • Support post-implementation reinforcement, sustainment planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Promote a culture of adaptability, engagement, and readiness across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Project Management, or a related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience leading change, transformation, project delivery, or business readiness initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business, operational, technology, or AI-enabled implementations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing communication plans, training strategies, adoption plans, or change effectiveness metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and support teams through change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, emerging workplace technologies, and responsible use practices.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, automation, and process improvements.

Base Salary Range: $100,000-110,000
